Pre-Order

As a small business, there's only limited quantities we can order from our suppliers. So to prevent "out of stock" situations that inconvenience our customers, we open up products for "Pre-Order" and this helps ensure that everyone gets the products they want.

IMPORTANT PRE ORDER INFORMATION:

• Payment is collected when PRE ORDER is made.
• Items that are on PRE ORDER are stipulated on the product page. This means that the items is NOT currently in stock
• All items will have an estimated date of delivery on the product page. This also means that the item may be early or late.
• You will receive an email confirmation when the item is shipped.
• All Pre Order items are sent via standard shipping
• Pre orders are not able to be refunded or exchanged before delivery.
• At this stage, we're unable to offer refunds on pre-orders. But we are more than happy to offer a store credit. 
• If you have placed an order for a Pre Order item and also an in stock item, we will hold back the in stock item and only ship out your order once we receive the pre order. If you require the other items, please make sure you separate your order from the pre-order.
